The building being Grade II listed required the works to be carefully assessed, along with repair processes and materials. Elevation drawings, including floor roof plans, Heritage impact assessment were compiled to aid the LBC application.
Listed Building Consent, Flood Preventive Measures
Listed building consent for essential repairs following a devastating flood in October 2018 on this mid 18th century converted mill. The building being Grade II listed required the works to be carefully assessed, along with repair processes and materials. Works included flood preventive measures where appropriate.
A group of 3 agricultural buildings requiring structural reports for planning. The buildings are believed to be circa 1850. One of the special features being the roof, ‘Open slating or hit and miss slating’, this practice reduces the number of slates required over the roof, whilst increasing ventilation.
Structural Reports
Structural Report was required on this circa 17th century building as part of the requirements for the planning process for conversion into holiday lets.
